A Strap on each side of bag handle that you attach over handle
of stroller.  Snaps with a very heavy duty snap.  When you aren't
using the stroller straps just let them hang inside of the bag
conveniently out of the way.   Straps can be attached one at each
side seam of bag for umbrella strollers.
