Orders
All Mimi's Sewing Boutique products are individually handmade by me after orders are
placed.. I do all my own work, I hire no labor. At this time I ask for a 4-6 weeks turn
around on orders. I will get your order made as soon as possible but please remember
everything is handmade by me alone after your order is placed.
If you need a rush order please check with me in advance to see if accommodations can
be met. When order is filled you will be sent a photo of finished product by email and be
notifed of shipment date.
Payment Policy
All items are custom orders and must be paid for when ordered. I accept credit card,
e-check or instant cash through paypal. Orders can be placed over the phone and paid
for by credit card. I accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Shipping Policy
$6.95 shipping special for 1 bag, accessories ship for free
xxl bag is excluded from shipping special
All items are shipped by priority mail with free delivery confirmation through the USPS.
Normal delivery is 2-3 days after item is shipped. Insurance is optional but recommended.
I cannot be responsible for items once they are shipped. Customer is responsible to
provide correct shipping address.
Return Policy
All items are custom made to your specifications when ordered. Unfortunately I cannot
accept returns. When you receive your order and there is a problem don't hesitate to
contact me. If an item has to be returned for any reason it must be returned to me within
7 days of receipt, unused and in original condition. I will not accept returns that have not
been preapproved.
